We are looking for a Junior Doctor with an interest in Psychiatry

We are currently seeking a substitute junior doctor (underläkare) for our psychiatric clinic in Östersund. You will have the opportunity to work within specialist psychiatry in an environment where clinical supervision is prioritized and where you are offered good collegial collaboration.

A holistic approach to psychiatric care

All specialist psychiatric care is housed under one roof at the psychiatric clinic in Östersund. This creates conditions for close collaboration within and between different professions, as well as providing you as an employee with opportunities for internal mobility and personal development.

You will be welcomed by a medical unit with competent specialists and a well-developed collaboration. We hold weekly doctor meetings where clinical questions are raised and discussed, promoting knowledge exchange and patient safety.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are typical for a junior doctor within psychiatry. It is important to us that you have a pronounced interest in clinical patient work, but also in development work. You should have a commitment to patient safety issues and be open to working with and developing digital aspects in your daily work.

Requirements and Merits

• Medical education equivalent to at least term 10.
• Experience working as a substitute junior doctor within psychiatry is meritorious.
• Experience from other activities, such as medicine and general practice, is a plus.
• Great importance is placed on personal suitability, above all ability to collaborate, communication, and willingness to develop.
