Team Leader in Warehouse and Logistics at Sibes Metall AB

We are now looking for a Team Leader in Warehouse and Logistics who wants to take responsibility for daily operations and develop both the team and processes.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and developing daily warehouse operations while remaining actively involved in the work yourself. You ensure efficient flows from incoming goods to production and further out to the customer.

The role is broad and covers everything from order processing and goods receiving to export, quality control, and improvement work. You hold a central position where you work closely with production, purchasing, and external partners.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading, distributing, and following up on daily work in the warehouse.
• Ensuring efficient flows between import, production, and delivery.
• Handling incoming goods, order picking, warehouse replenishment, and internal transport.
• Coordinating import flows, primarily from India, including documentation and quality control.
• Ensuring that materials and products meet the required quality and specifications.
• Planning and ensuring that production receives the right materials at the right time.
• Organizing deliveries and handling export documentation.
• Working on improvements within the warehouse, flows, and working methods.

You report to the Site Manager and are a key part of creating structure, quality, and efficiency in the operations.

We are looking for someone with experience from warehouse and logistics who is ready to take greater responsibility in a leadership role. You are confident in leading others in daily operations and thrive in an operational environment where you are hands-on. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, have an eye for quality, and are driven by creating order and efficient flows. At the same time, you are flexible and solution-oriented when conditions change. Furthermore, you are a clear communicator who fosters engagement within the team and contributes to a positive and respectful work environment.

What you need to bring to the table

• Experience working within warehouse and logistics.
• Truck license A and B.
• Experience working in business systems or WMS.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience with import and export, preferably from international flows, as well as work with quality-sensitive products.

Working in the role

You play a key role in creating stable and efficient flows throughout the entire logistics chain. The role requires both structure and flexibility, where you need to be able to prioritize, make decisions, and remain close to the operations. You work both operationally and developmentally, focusing on quality, delivery precision, and continuous improvements.
