SENIOR CONSULTANT – LEARNING PLATFORM & DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT

Do you want to help shape the digital learning environment of the future for thousands of students and educators?

We are looking for an experienced consultant with specialist competence in learning platforms, digitalization, and business development within the education sector. You will play a central role in a strategically important initiative where a municipal operation is procuring and implementing a new learning platform for approximately 1,800 teachers/preschool educators and 5,400 students.

This is a qualified assignment where you will work at the intersection of operations, pedagogy, IT, and procurement to ensure that the future solution meets both today's and tomorrow's needs.

THE ASSIGNMENT INCLUDES

✓ Leading requirements gathering and business analysis
Conduct workshops and dialogues with the business to identify needs, goals, and future requirements.

✓ Supporting procurement and requirement setting
Develop specifications, evaluation criteria, and decision-making materials.

✓ Evaluating learning platforms and solution proposals
Analyze functionality, usability, integration possibilities, and future-proofing.

✓ Ensuring business-adapted solutions
Act as a link between pedagogical operations, IT, and suppliers.

✓ Contributing to implementation and change management
Support rollout, user training, and communication.

✓ Ensuring information security and data protection
Consider GDPR, information security, and accessibility requirements.

✓ Documenting and quality-assuring deliverables
Responsible for documentation and knowledge transfer.

✓ Contributing to long-term digital development
Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to a sustainable digital strategy.

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

• Several years of experience in digitalization within the education sector
• Documented experience with learning platforms (LMS)
• Experience in requirements management and business analysis
• Experience in public operations or the municipal sector
• Experience in procurements or large-scale system implementations
• Good understanding of pedagogical processes and digital learning environments
• Knowledge of GDPR and information security
• Experience with integration solutions and identity management
• Experience in change management is a plus
• Good communication skills in Swedish
• Experience with Canvas, Itslearning, Moodle, Unikum, Vklass, or similar is a plus
