Main responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect medical technology products according to specifications and quality requirements.
• Participate in improvement work and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain a good working environment and adhere to company guidelines and regulations.
• Work in accordance with current occupational health and safety legislation and quality requirements.
• Handle and maintain machinery and equipment safely.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

• High school education or relevant work experience (experience from industry and production is preferred).
• Very good knowledge of spoken, written, and reading comprehension in Swedish.
• Ability to work all types of shifts.
• Experience with documentation, e.g., deviation reporting, familiarity with working with protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted at the interview).
• Documented proficiency in systems, e.g., SAP or equivalent.

Merits:

• At least two years of work experience is desirable, preferably within industry and production, especially in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with GMP and LEAN.
• Forklift license according to TLP10 A1-4 and B1-4.
