You step into a business-close architect role where the customer experience is at the center. In this environment, CRM, telephony, apps, and customer portals meet, and the focus is on creating sustainable solutions for logged-in areas, digital self-service, and customer journeys that work in practice.

You work closely with product owners, business units, development teams, suppliers, and other architect roles. An important part of the assignment is to support and complement the existing domain architecture, with responsibility for translating needs into clear solution proposals and driving them forward in dialogue with external parties. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine business understanding with architecture in a complex and socially important industry.

• You develop, document, and communicate solution proposals based on business needs, customer requirements, and technical prerequisites.
• You make architectural trade-offs between different solution alternatives and recommend choices that hold up over time.
• You drive and support development teams and suppliers in matters concerning architecture, design, and technical decisions.
• You act as a technical counterpart to external suppliers and conduct technical dialogues during implementation.
• You structure integrations between customer-facing systems and underlying systems, for example within metering data, contracts, billing, and CRM.
• You secure information and data models and weigh in user experience, technology, security, and regulations in the whole.
• You review and quality-assure technical solutions from a domain and holistic perspective.
• You contribute to architecture principles, target architecture, and guiding decisions within the area.

• Several years of experience working as an architect, with a clear domain or solution architect role.
• Good experience with customer-facing systems, customer portals, and digital self-service services.
• Experience with architecture in complex landscapes with several internal and external suppliers.
• Ability to conduct technical dialogues and make well-founded architectural assessments of supplier solutions.
• Experience with API-based integrations and modern platforms.
• Used to working in agile development environments.
• Very good communicative skills in speech and writing in Swedish.

• Experience from the energy sector or another similar industry with a complex IT environment.
