As an Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, employees, quality, and economy. You lead the daily operations, develop the business, and create conditions for both users and employees to thrive and develop.

You work close to the operations and are a visible and present leader who creates engagement, clarity, and direction. Together with your employees, you ensure that the business maintains high quality, complies with laws and agreements, and achieves set goals. The role involves significant personal responsibility but also strong support from colleagues, support functions, and management. You are part of a team together with other operations managers, the regional manager, and various specialist functions.

• Lead and develop daily operations with responsibility for personnel, working environment, and staffing
• Ensure high quality and drive systematic quality and improvement work
• Responsible for the business's economy, budget, and result monitoring
• Ensure that legislation, agreements, and assignments are followed
• Build and maintain good relationships with users, relatives, employees, and purchasers
• Work actively with occupancy, business development, and goal fulfillment
• Collaborate with support functions and colleagues to develop the business forward

To succeed in the role, you need to have experience of LSS operations, understanding of the requirements placed on quality and regulations.

• University education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent education according to IVO requirements
• Education in social law of at least 7.5 credits (if you are not a social worker)
• Experience of working within LSS operations according to Section 9 9 LSS
• Previous management experience
• Experience of budget work and economic monitoring
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Class B driver's license

• Experience from private care operations
• Experience of change management and business development
• Experience from larger organizations or growing operations

Most of your working time is located in the operations to enable close leadership. The operations are located in the Västerås and Örebro area.
