About the Role

As Store Manager, you are primarily responsible for the operations of the entire store. To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, ambitious, and responsible, while also having a genuine interest in creating good conditions for happy, engaged employees and satisfied customers.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for store operations, including budget, profit and loss, and reporting.
• Full personnel responsibility, including tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, development discussions, and workplace environment.
• Lead, develop, and motivate employees.
• Provide clear guidance and set clear goals for departments.
• Plan and execute various marketing activities in the store.
• Work to become the natural first choice for customers and offer world-class service before, during, and after the purchase.

About You

Additional Information

Employment Type: Permanent with an initial probationary period.

Scope: 100%. Working hours include evenings and weekends.
