We are growing and now looking for new colleagues for the Tyresö/Vendelsö/Älta mobile team for on-call shifts, evenings, and nights.
Klara Team is the workplace for you if you feel confident in your role to work freely and independently, performing medical assessments with support from colleagues and our on-call doctor organizations.
Klara Team has been operating since 2002, delivering sustainable healthcare solutions within SÄBO (municipal housing for the elderly) and LSS (Support and Service Act for persons with disabilities).

What does it mean to be a nurse with us?
Shifts are scheduled from 16:00 to 05:00, with on-call availability until 08:00. You will work on a fixed roster with weekend duties every third weekend.
We also have a need for hourly employees.
You will work from home and be responsible for healthcare at several residential care facilities. You will conduct planned and emergency visits and provide telephone advice to the staff at the residences. We work with evidence-based decision support tools.
You serve as a support for patients, relatives, and staff.
We provide a company vehicle.
Who are you?
- You live in Tyresö/Vendelsö/Älta or the surrounding area.
- You enjoy working independently and appreciate the freedom to shape your workdays.
- You are confident in your role as a nurse with at least 3 years of experience and can make quick decisions.
- You take initiative, are proactive, and can juggle multiple tasks.
- You have a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- You enjoy taking a leadership role and supporting your colleagues.
- You are accustomed to structuring and organizing your work.
- You want to make a difference for our elderly residents and are always friendly in your interactions.
- You are a skilled driver.
- You are comfortable working in various electronic health record systems.
A driver’s license and computer literacy are required, as is excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Specialized training or experience from emergency care, home healthcare, palliative care, and geriatrics is a plus.
