How nice that you are interested in the job as assistant nurse/care assistant at Bergvikens Care and Housing Facility! The facility, consisting of 16 departments, is beautifully located next to the Kallkällan forest area at Majvägen 22.

We are now looking for colleagues for a newly opened care and housing department that is planned to open shortly. Here, together with a group of wonderful colleagues, you will contribute to creating value and quality of life for the residents. The positions involve varying working hours and suit you if you enjoy shift work, with shifts distributed over day, evening, and weekend according to schedule.

Job Responsibilities

The work involves providing support and service based on the resident's individual needs and ensuring they receive good care. You work in teams with various professional roles, and all work is based on the residents' needs, opportunities, and wishes. With a focus on the resident, you should work to develop well-planned and flexible solutions using our common value base. As an employee in the department, you collaborate closely with the unit manager, coordinator, nurse, and rehabilitation team. From a person-centered approach, we work together to help the resident become their best self and focus on possibilities rather than limitations. Documentation is an important task, and you are responsible for documenting in Combine according to the Social Services Act.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. Furthermore, you who apply for this position should:

• Have experience working in the field
• Have good digital competence. This means you can handle computers/programs as well as phones/apps without difficulty. You also have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital systems
• Passed grades in Swedish, at least equivalent to grade 9.

It is meritorious if you have completed an assistant nurse education.

As a person, you are cooperative, considerate, and solution-oriented. We place great importance on your personal competence in this recruitment process.
