We are looking for a reliable and practical employee for a seasonal position as a general assistant, focusing on assembling and packaging photo frames, as well as handling orders and deliveries. The working periods are May–June and September–December. The role involves varied tasks in the warehouse and at post offices, as well as short courier drives. A B-driver's license is essential. This is a clear and varied seasonal job for you who enjoy juggling multiple tasks and are not afraid of active work.

Your responsibilities

• Assemble photo frames according to instructions and ensure quality upon completion.
• Pack and wrap orders for protected transport and correct presentation.
• Sort images and articles prior to packing and match order lines against the picking list.
• Prepare and label shipments for collection and drop off packages at post offices.
• Perform short courier and delivery assignments with a personal car (B-driver's license required).
• Check quantities and article types, report discrepancies, and update systems as needed.
• Collaborate in a team to ensure efficient flow and good order in the packing area.

Your profile

• Structured, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working at a high pace where prioritization is required.
• Thrives with varied tasks and keeping many balls in the air simultaneously.
• Not afraid to work actively and put in effort where needed; physically enduring.
• A B-driver's license is mandatory as the role involves deliveries and drop-offs at post offices.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Experience in packaging, warehouse work, or assembly is advantageous but not required.
• Basic computer literacy for registering and reporting shipments is advantageous.
