Restaurant COUP DÈTAT will push culinary boundaries, featuring a menu of Far Eastern cuisine blended with Western flavors and influences. Persian and French tastes are intricately woven together by star chef Erik Videgård to create a cutting-edge Persian dining experience.

The extensive wine and champagne list complements the food with a wide selection of both world-renowned labels and rare finds. We are proud to offer a unique and experimental cocktail selection.

Our chambre séparée is inspired by French style, allowing our guests to relax and enjoy the culinary experience. An evening at COUP DÈTAT is more than just perfectly executed dishes, service, and drinks; it is also filled with engaging interactions. We aim to create a festive atmosphere and have chosen to take a new approach in our initial meetings with guests and throughout the dinner experience.

Qualifications and responsibilities for the Bartender role:

• Traditional bartender work of high quality.
• Provide personal service and recommendations.
• Contribute to upselling.
• Table service.
• Ensure compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Handle cash register operations.
• Mentor interns and new colleagues.
• Be stress-resistant and able to perform under high pressure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
• Passionate and interested in the profession.
