About the role

As a Workshop Coach, you will play a central role in our operations. You will lead and support our technicians in their daily work, focusing on creating an efficient and profitable environment. You will collaborate closely with various departments both internally and externally, as well as with other companies within the Bilia Group. Your role also involves coaching and motivating a team of technicians to achieve set financial goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote a positive group dynamic.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in personnel and result responsibility, who is passionate about leadership and coaching. You also possess strong automotive technical knowledge, which is a prerequisite for success in this role. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.

A valid B driving license is required. We would like you to be a natural leader with a strong interest in developing and supporting others.
