Klara Team has been delivering sustainable healthcare solutions within SÄBO (municipal housing with special care) and LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) since 2002.

What does it mean to be a nurse with us?

Shifts are scheduled from 16:00 to 05:00, followed by on-call duty until 08:00.

You work from home when operations allow and reside in Nacka/Värmdö or the surrounding area. You are responsible for healthcare at several care and residential facilities. You conduct planned visits and acute assessments, and provide telephone advice to the facility staff. We work with evidence-based decision support tools.

You are a support for patients, relatives, and staff alike.

We provide a company vehicle.

Who are you?

• You enjoy working independently and value the freedom to shape your workdays.

• You are confident in your role as a nurse after at least 3 years of experience and can make quick decisions.

• You take initiative, are proactive, and can juggle multiple tasks.

• You enjoy having a leadership role and supporting your colleagues.

• You are accustomed to structuring and organizing your work.

• You want to make a difference for our elderly residents and are always friendly in your interactions.

• You are a good driver.

• You are comfortable working with various electronic health record systems.

A driver’s license and computer literacy are required, as is excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Specialist education or experience from emergency care, home healthcare, palliative care, and geriatrics is considered an advantage.
