About the Role

As a Team Leader at Securitas, you will help create strong teams, where your engagement and your ability to lead with care and clarity make a real difference – both for your colleagues and our customers. You have a coordinating function and are simply the link that connects the customer's contacts with your own management and the colleagues around you.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader for the office in Visby. At the core, you work as a security guard, but your task is also to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out daily work in the best possible way.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Lead and plan the daily work for our stationary and patrolling assignments in a structured and inclusive manner
• Be involved in staffing optimization
• Be the local link between customer and colleagues and ensure the right deployment based on the assignment
• Ensure that our policies are followed and that we together maintain high quality in our work
• Training as a protective guard is included in the position
• Firearms training is included in the position

Requirements

• You are trained as a security guard (at least VU2)
• You are trained as a protective guard
• Professional experience from the security industry
• Experience in leadership
• Good knowledge of the geographical work area covered by the position
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Category B driver's license

Meritorious if you

• have worked with similar tasks previously
• have a civilian or military protective guard training
• have firearms training for the security industry
• Experience from our support systems (e.g., Tools, GSP)

Salary and employment conditions are based on a collective agreement between the employer organization Säkerhetsföretagen and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
