We provide care and services to our customers through public care decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we work together to design a secure service adapted to their specific requirements and wishes. We actively work with contact person assignments and strive to meet our customers' needs and routines in the best possible way, prioritizing small work teams with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve.

Today, the company employs over 900 assistant nurses, care assistants, and cleaners. We have specialized competence in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin word 'Legio,' meaning 'selected personnel' – this is the motto by which we work: we know that we offer the best service when we also have the best and most dedicated staff!

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with individuals. Respecting our customers and providing the absolute best service is very important to us.

Previous experience in home care services is an advantage but not a requirement.

It is important that you handle the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing.

Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
