Description:

We are now looking for a service-oriented delivery receiver for a large construction project in Luleå. You will become an important part of Bygglogistik's mission: to streamline construction production for our customers. As a delivery receiver, you will ensure that the planned material flow onto the construction site functions smoothly and that the external areas are properly allocated.

Responsibilities:

An important part of your work is to continuously communicate with drivers and clients within the construction site, both individually and in groups. You are responsible for coordinating and receiving deliveries and checking them against the project's logistics planning system. Approved deliveries and vehicles are granted access to the site, while any discrepancies are reported according to current procedures.

To ensure a smooth material flow, you are responsible for coordinating unloading areas, ensuring they are kept clean and accessible, and coordinating the resources available for unloading. You also assist with guiding and signage within the site to ensure a smooth and safe working environment.

The work takes place primarily outdoors on the construction site and involves close collaboration with suppliers, client representatives, and other actors in the project.

Qualifications:

We would like you to have a few years of experience from similar tasks in construction, transport, or warehousing.

As a person, you thrive in interactions with people and have a natural service mindset in your way of working. You are communicative and have a good command of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. You appreciate order and structure and follow clearly established routines.

You are focused and actively take on the tasks that are currently prioritized. You are accustomed to taking responsibility and working independently, even during periods with high delivery rates. Safety is important to you, and you have a practical approach to problem-solving.

In addition to the above description, you should be able to identify with and want to work for a company and group that act and work based on the values: Drive, Simplicity, Responsibility, and Long-term perspective.

Other information:

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, starting after the holidays.
