HIAB DRIVER FOR BODEN

We are looking for 3 sharp HIAB/crane truck drivers for a heavy industrial project in Boden.

This is not a typical transport job – you step right into the production on a large construction site where things are happening all the time. You will work with everything from standard building materials to larger components and machine parts. Equipment and machinery capable of lifting up to 165 tm are handled in the project, so this is a workplace that requires you to know what you are doing and to think one step ahead.

About the job:

In this role, you are a central part of the logistics on the job site. You are responsible for ensuring that materials, equipment, and components arrive at the right place at the right time, which is crucial for production to flow smoothly. The work involves daily driving with a crane truck, handling both simple lifts and more complex tasks that require planning together with other professional groups. You will work closely with fitters, crane signalers, and site management, and will often be involved in the practical execution of lifts. It is not just about "driving the crane," but about understanding the big picture on the construction site – reading situations, adapting to changed conditions, and solving tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

The position also includes responsibility for:

• Planning and preparing lifts based on site conditions
• Ensuring loading and unloading are carried out correctly
• Monitoring equipment, slinging, and safe handling
• Contributing to good collaboration on the job site

The work can vary from pure transport lifts to more precise assembly jobs requiring a delicate touch. Some days are straightforward and efficient, while others require more problem-solving, so it is important that you are self-reliant and confident in your experience.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience with HIAB/crane trucks
• Have worked on construction sites or in industry previously
• Have a strong grasp of safety (for real, not just on paper)
• Can take responsibility and work independently
• Hold the necessary licenses and qualifications
