We are now looking for a Traffic Manager for Fjärr in Luleå, where you will become a vital link between customers, drivers, and operations.

A typical week might look like this

At Kallaxheden in Luleå, we work together as a team. We build the daily routines for our transport companies based on the conditions at hand; no two days are alike, and things change quickly. Together with the rest of the team, we solve our customers' needs and requests.

With short or long notice, you will work on:

• Offering the customer the best logistics solution for their needs, quoting, and selling these solutions.
• Planning, directing, and following up on long-distance transport based on customer needs and schedules in our order management system, Opter.
• Maintaining ongoing contact with drivers, customers, and suppliers via phone and digital systems.
• Maintaining close contact with customers and drivers/suppliers.

Who are you?

The most important thing for us is not exactly what title you have today, but that you have the right attitude, drive, and desire to contribute. However, we believe you have experience from the industry. Perhaps you are a sharp driver who knows the traffic from the road, or maybe you already work as a traffic manager and want to take the next step in a business where things are happening.

You like things to move and thrive in a role where conditions can change quickly. A route needs to be rerouted, a customer needs an answer, a driver calls in, and the next puzzle piece needs to fall into place. Then you are the one who keeps calm, thinks on your feet, and finds solutions that work in practice.

With a solution-oriented approach, confidence in human interaction, and a natural sense for service, you will become an important part of our long-distance team. You are good at building good relationships with both customers, drivers, and colleagues, and are driven by creating well-planned logistics solutions for our customers and their operations.

To fit the role, we also believe you have a high school education, are comfortable working in digital systems, hold a B-driver's license, and have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

The fine print

Employment type: The position is a permanent employment. Probationary period will apply.

Full-time/part-time: Full-time, daytime hours.

Work location: Kallaxheden, Luleå.

Start date: According to agreement.
