About the role

As a Pangen Sales Representative, you work with delivery, sales, and service at our customers' locations. You are responsible for ensuring our products are in place, look good on the shelves, and that the store receives the service they expect from us.

The job involves a high degree of personal responsibility, and you largely plan your own day. You have daily contact with store staff and are the face of Pangen in the store.

Your main responsibilities

• Deliver and handle bread products in the store
• Ensure good fill rates and a well-maintained bakery section
• Place orders based on the store's needs
• Face out, rotate stock, and follow freshness routines
• Promote campaigns and create sales-oriented displays
• Maintain good dialogue with store staff
• Contribute to high service, quality, and tidiness for the customer

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, meticulous, and responsible. You enjoy practical work, are solution-oriented, and understand the importance of doing a good job every day.

You thrive in customer contact, are a good team player, and are not afraid to take initiative. Since the work is physical and mobile, you also need to have good physical capacity and enjoy being active during the workday.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Good physical condition, as the work can be physically demanding
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

Merits

• Driver's license (Category C)
• Food Handler Certificate (YKB)
• Experience in distribution, retail, sales, or similar work

Employment

The position is a permanent employment located in Luleå. We apply a 6-month probation period.
