Description:

We are now looking for a service-oriented delivery receiver for a larger construction project in Gällivare. You will become an important part of Bygglogistik's mission; to streamline construction production for our customers. As a delivery receiver, you will ensure that the planned material flow into the construction site works and that the external surfaces are properly allocated.

Tasks:

An important part of your work is to continuously communicate with drivers and customers within the construction site, both individually and in groups. You are responsible for coordinating and receiving deliveries and checking them against the project's logistics planning system. Approved deliveries and vehicles are allowed onto the site, while any deviations are reported according to current procedures.

To ensure a smooth material flow, you are responsible for coordinating unloading areas, keeping them clean and accessible, and coordinating the resources available for unloading. You also assist with guiding and signage on the site to ensure a smooth and safe working environment.

The work takes place mainly outdoors on the construction site and involves close collaboration with suppliers, customer representatives, and other actors in the project.

Qualifications:

We would like you to have a few years of experience from similar tasks in construction, transport, or warehousing.

As a person, you thrive in meetings with people and have a natural service mindset in your way of working. You are communicative and master Swedish and English well, both in speech and writing. You appreciate order and structure and follow clearly established routines.

You are focused and actively take on the tasks that are currently prioritized. You are used to taking responsibility and working independently, even during periods with high delivery rates. Safety is important to you, and you have a practical approach to problem-solving.

In addition to the above description, you should be able to identify with and want to work for a company and group that acts and works based on the values: Drive, Simplicity, Responsibility, and Long-term perspective.

Other information:

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, starting immediately. The project is located in the central parts of Gällivare.
