We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. It is meritorious if you are a pediatric specialist nurse and have previous experience in outpatient work or work with children.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities and see that you are flexible, have good teamwork skills, and are structured.
This is what you will work with
As a nurse with us, you have a significant and varied job where you meet children of different ages with a broad spectrum of pediatric diagnoses. The work includes both outpatient work, such as sample collection, telephone advice, and day care, as well as work within a specialist area.
In the specialist role, you have an important function in follow-up and support for the child and their family, as well as in the teamwork around the patient. The work is patient-oriented and includes coordination and collaboration with other healthcare providers, as well as continuous contact with both children and their guardians.

Information about the position
We offer a full-time temporary position with a desired start date of 2026-08-24 until 2027-08-29. The position is mainly during daytime, Monday to Friday. Two weekend shifts per month at our inpatient ward are included.
Selection and interviews take place continuously and the position may be filled before the last application date. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
The position is within child healthcare: We apply register control before decision on employment according to provisions in the law (2013:852) on register control of persons who are to work with children.
