About the roleAs a nurse in our operations, you are a central link in the team. You lead the work in close collaboration with colleagues, primary care centers, and our call center. The role is varied and includes both scheduled and emergency home visits, administrative responsibilities, and development work.
You work according to a rolling schedule including days, evenings, and weekends (2 weekends out of 5) – based out of our office at Anderstorpsvägen 10, Huvudsta.
This is not an ordinary nursing job. Here you get to:
Be a central link in the team
Combine clinical work, leadership, and administration
Contribute to the development of routines and working methods
Maintain close contact with primary care centers and the Aleris call center
Examples of tasks:
Daytime (weekdays)
Evaluate referrals and ensure medical care based on patient safety.
Collaborate with primary care centers, in consultation with the unit manager and/or deputy unit manager.
Responsible for phone contacts with patients and our call center
Evenings and weekends
Lead and distribute work within the clinical team
Perform both scheduled and emergency home visits
Ensure safe and secure care at home
We work on behalf of primary care centers – usually when they are closed. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County and cover a defined region. Aleris Basal Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.
We document in TakeCare and use Epsilon in the field. You are supported by an administrative team that plans and structures the work – so that you can focus on the patients.

We are looking for someone who:
Is a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience
Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
Is computer literate and has experience with TakeCare
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Previous experience from home care is highly meritorious.
We believe you are confident in your role, have broad medical competence, and enjoy collaborating. You meet patients with warmth, are communicative, and want to contribute to both the team and the development of the operations. At our company, personal suitability is highly valued.
Employment conditionsType of employment: Permanent position starting with a 6-month probation period
Scope: Part-time, 96.76%
