Job Description
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager for an international skincare company focused on sustainability. You will be responsible for developing existing retailers in Finland while driving new customer acquisition and identifying new business opportunities, both in Finland and the rest of the Nordic region. The role involves significant autonomy and suits you if you thrive on combining sales, business development, and long-term customer relationships in a Nordic retail environment. The position is based in Stockholm.
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and driving the business in Finland. You work closely with existing retail customers and distributors while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The role also involves participating in developing and strengthening the company's business structure and customer collaborations on the Finnish market. The role requires a high degree of personal responsibility, business acumen, and both strategic and operational drive.

You are accustomed to driving customer dialogues and negotiations with chains or larger distributors and have a good understanding of commercial issues such as pricing, campaigns, listings, and margins. To thrive in this role, we believe you work in a structured and business-like manner, while being good at building trust and long-term relationships, both with customers and internal partners. You are motivated by developing businesses, identifying new opportunities, and combining work with existing customers and new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Key Accounts: Own, drive, and develop the company's key accounts on the Finnish market, as well as build long-term relationships with retail chains and distributors.
- Business Development: Drive new customer acquisition and identify/realize growth opportunities within both existing and new businesses, focusing on Finland and the rest of the Nordic region.
- Sales and Negotiation: Independently manage the entire business process – from prospecting and business dialogue to pricing, contract negotiation, and follow-up.
- Commercial Responsibility: Negotiate commercial terms such as listings, campaigns, margins, and assortment together with customers and distributors.
- Market and Customer Work: Conduct market and competitor analyses, as well as identify new business opportunities and relevant customer collaborations within retail.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal functions such as marketing, product, and supply chain to ensure relevant campaigns, assortments, and business activities.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education.
- Extensive experience from retail, preferably with a focus on chains and larger distributors.
- Experience from the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of campaign planning, margin structure, and category management.
- Experience in driving complex businesses in a Nordic context, with specialized competence and a focus on the Finnish market.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish, English, and Finnish.
