ScandiDos develops advanced solutions for quality assurance in radiation therapy, helping cancer clinics worldwide to deliver safer and more precise treatment with products that make a real difference for cancer patients. The company is in a strategically interesting phase with the launch of a new product platform for quality control in stereotactic radiosurgery, and holds a strong technical position with significant international market potential. The Role

As CEO, you will receive a clear mandate from the Board to further develop ScandiDos into a long-term profitable, focused, and internationally competitive MedTech company.

The role initially focuses on creating stable and sustainable profit development through increased operational efficiency, clear prioritization, and a strong commercial focus. The goal is to build a company with good and sustainable profitability where cash flow and results create prerequisites for future investments, product development, and long-term growth.

This is not a traditional management role, nor is it a role for someone primarily driven by growth at all costs. We are looking for you who understand that long-term strong companies are built through clear prioritization, cost control, high performance, the right people in the right places, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company's profitability development through increased operational efficiency, clear prioritization, and strong cost control
• Combine operational and hands-on leadership with the ability to set strategic direction and drive long-term profitability
• Further develop the organization, structure, and ways of working to create a performance-oriented, efficient, and scalable business
• Strengthen the company's commercial development through improved sales, increased customer proximity, and developed partner relationships
• Ensure a competitive and commercially prioritized product plan with a clear focus on customer value and long-term profitability

Your Background

You have extensive experience from international product companies and a proven ability to combine business acumen, change management, and operational execution.

We would like you to have experience with:

• Building efficient organizations with clear structure and operational discipline
• Attracting, developing, and leading high-performing teams
• Leading with clarity and creating a culture characterized by responsibility and engagement
• Driving sustainable and profitable growth with long-term profitability as a compass

Experience from MedTech, Life Science, or another technically advanced environment is advantageous.

You do not need to have been a CEO before. We welcome candidates who are ready to take the next step in their career and who have the experience and leadership required for the role.
