We offer you a position where you play a key role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our users in the elderly care sector within Härjedalen Municipality. We work with common tasks within healthcare and social care from a salutogenic approach.

The positions are for 75–100%. As Härjedalen Municipality applies desired employment levels, you have the opportunity to work full-time if you wish. Start date by agreement.

Responsibilities

• Support users in their daily lives with personal care, assistance during meals, washing, medication management, mobility, and rehabilitation.
• Act as a key link between different healthcare providers and relatives.
• Perform day activities a few days a week, working with a person-centered approach to create a meaningful daily life for the individuals enrolled.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Trained assistant nurse or care aide with experience working in healthcare and social care.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required to work in elderly care and adult disability services.

Merits:

• Authorization to administer medication.
• Category B driver's license.
• Specialist assistant nurse in dementia care.
