Registered Doctor with Specialist Training (ST) Position at Danderyd Health Centre

In central Danderyd, right in the heart of Mörby Centrum, you will find us – a growing and stable health centre looking for you who wants to develop within general practice and become part of our dedicated team.

The health centre is located right in Mörby Centrum, with direct proximity to shops, services, and restaurants, as well as the subway in the same building. Here, accessibility and convenience are combined with a workplace where well-being, job satisfaction, and collegial support are in focus.

We offer a broad and comprehensive range of primary care services: rehabilitation, child health centre, breastfeeding clinic, home care, and psychology clinic – all under one roof.

This gives you, as a registered doctor, the opportunity for broad clinical experience, education, and development within the entire spectrum of primary care.

We are now looking for a registered doctor on a full-time basis, with a possible opportunity for further specialist training (ST) with us.

Your role and what we offer you

As an ST-doctor with us, you will have the opportunity to develop – both professionally and personally.

The work is varied and adapted to your areas of interest and strengths, for example within child health care, elderly care, supervision, research, or improvement work.

You will become an important part of a warm and knowledgeable team where we collaborate closely between different professions. With us, you receive quality-assessed specialist training. Your ST planning takes place in collaboration between you, your supervisor, manager, and study director. ST-doctors receive continuous supervision from experienced specialists in general practice.

Qualifications

  • Registered doctor with Swedish medical license during application
  • Previous experience working in primary care is meritorious
  • Knowledge of the medical record system TakeCare is meritorious

Employment Type

  • Permanent employment, full-time (Monday–Friday)
  • Start date according to agreement
  • Probationary period may apply.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be taken for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.

For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):

- A background check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks upon employment.

- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.

- In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
