Your role with us

As an employee, you are an indispensable part of our clients' daily lives. You work in the clients' homes to give them the conditions to live as safe and independent a life as possible. Your days will be varied and filled with:

• Personal care and health-promoting measures.
• Practical support such as cooking, meal assistance, shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
• Social support in the form of relief, accompaniment (according to the Social Services Act), and pleasant company.
• Important social documentation to ensure high care quality in accordance with current legislation.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working with people and is driven by providing good care. Since the work is often changing, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and thrive when taking personal responsibility.

To meet the municipality's quality requirements, we are looking for you who are:

• A fully trained care assistant (1500 credits from the Care and Nursing Programme and proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare).

We also value that you have:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) for secure communication and correct documentation.
• Good knowledge of the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines for basic knowledge in elderly care (SOSFS 2011:12).
• Previous experience from home care or social care is meritorious, but we warmly welcome even newly graduated candidates!
