We are now looking for Window Cleaners in Stockholm for the 2026 season. At Hemfrid, you will become part of an international team where we work together to deliver professional service and create satisfied customers every day.

About the role

As a Window Cleaner at Hemfrid, your responsibility is to provide excellent service and sparkling clean windows for our customers. You will work independently as well as together with colleagues during larger assignments.

Your tasks will include:

• Window cleaning in private homes
• Cleaning glazed balconies and other glass surfaces when needed
• Independent work at customers’ homes
• Teamwork during larger assignments

Recruitment process

Our recruitment process includes:

• A practical window cleaning test
• A short interview

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in window cleaning in Sweden or another EU country
• Enjoys working independently as well as in a team
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys customer service
• Speaks and understands basic Swedish or English
• Can work flexible hours Monday–Friday, and occasionally weekends
• Has a Swedish or EU driver’s license
• Has access to a car

Meritorious:

• Previous experience within service, moving, or home cleaning
• Window cleaning education or training
