About the assignment

A family in Järfälla with two children (ages 4 and 10) is seeking help with childcare 1-3 times per week. One day a week is on weekdays from 16:30 for a few hours, plus every other weekend. The family is looking for a babysitter with experience dealing with ADHD, as the oldest child has ADHD.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
