Do you want to take a holistic approach to our property rentals? We rent to wind power companies, businesses, and private individuals, often with long-term contracts. Are you looking for a role where you are responsible for customers, advertising, contacts, and daily operations?

You will handle everything necessary to ensure a fantastic experience. This includes personally greeting guests, carrying their bags, and spending time with them to build genuine, personal relationships. You will verify that advertisements are accurate, up-to-date, and attractive by improving texts and images. A key part of the role is ensuring the property is always complete and fully functional—from checking TV remotes to ensuring nothing is missing.

Cleanliness and attention to detail are our top priorities. You are responsible for thorough cleaning of the entire property, including inside coffee makers, ovens, and dishwashers, as well as outdoor areas where we ensure furniture is free of dirt and bird droppings. Guests should feel welcome and pampered from the moment they arrive.

All technology, such as TVs, sound systems, internet, heating, and cooling, must be checked regularly. You maintain contact with guests well before arrival to understand their needs—for example, if it is a family with children or if they plan sports activities—so we can provide the right equipment and information about the area.

During their stay, we maintain regular contact with guests to ensure they are extremely satisfied. Our motto is "cleaner than clean." We strive for a higher standard than our competitors, both in terms of cleanliness and offerings. We provide a differentiated experience with access to games, computers, leisure equipment, sports gear, and much more.

This is a holistic concept where we want our guests to be as happy and joyful as possible. Their well-being and satisfaction are our driving force, both economically and personally. We are looking for someone who is handy and can perform minor maintenance tasks, such as sanding, spackling, painting, mowing lawns, and operating a brush cutter (or being willing to learn).
