About the assignment

A family in Vaxholm with two children, aged 4 and 1.5 years, is seeking help with childcare approximately 2-4 times per week. The family primarily needs help on weekdays between 09:00–18:00. The family speaks English.

Since being a babysitter is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we expect you to have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.
