About the assignment

A family on Ingarö with 3 children (ages 1.5, 9, and 10) is seeking help with childcare. Primarily caring for the youngest child. Sporadic as needed, a couple of times per month. Likely afternoons between 15:30-18:00/18:30 on weekdays and daytime during weekends.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.

Upon employment as a nanny with us, we require an extract from the criminal record register.
