About the position:

We are looking for you who have experience in healthcare and social care, either as a care assistant, auxiliary nurse, or student in healthcare and social care. It is an advantage if you have experience documenting according to relevant legislation. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. The position requires personal maturity, sensitivity, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a team. You should be stress-resistant and have a professional approach towards both customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Experience in elderly care is an advantage
• Education or studies in healthcare and social care
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Empathy and a genuine interest in working with the elderly
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Your responsibilities:

• Personal care
• Cooking and meal support
• Cleaning and laundry
• Shopping
• Relief care and accompaniment
