Summer 2026 we are looking for:

Nursing Assistants (Undersköterskor)

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. Experience in similar work is an advantage. The work involves performing routine care tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and other delegated health and social care measures, activities, social interaction, etc. As a nursing assistant with us, you can work at the following workplaces and areas: Lunden, Klippan, and Hemstranden care and nursing homes, group homes, Service Housing/residential support, personal assistance, home care services, and night patrol.

Care Assistants (Vårdbiträden)

We would appreciate it if you have experience in similar work, but if you are a person who feels that you want to work to make a difference for people, we would be happy to receive your application. The work involves performing routine care tasks such as personal care, activities, social interaction, etc. As a care assistant with us, you can work at the following workplaces and areas: Lunden, Klippan, and Hemstranden care and nursing homes, group homes/LSS, residential support, personal assistance, home care services, and night patrol.

Disability Support Workers / Rehabilitation Assistants

We are looking for you who are flexible, responsible, and confident in yourself. You have a good ability to understand other people's life situations. You provide support in everyday life and contribute to creating opportunities to live an active life based on the individual's own prerequisites. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. The work also involves performing routine care tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and other delegated health and social care measures, activities, social interaction, etc. As a disability support worker / rehabilitation assistant with us, you can work in group homes and as residential support.

Personal Assistants

Experience in care/social work is considered an advantage. The work involves performing routine care tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and other delegated health and social care measures, activities, social interaction, etc. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a personal assistant, you work in the individual's home.

The Employment

To perform the job, you need to have knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. You must be at least 18 years old.

A driver's license is required for work within home care services, night patrol, group homes, and residential support.

A joint introduction day takes place in connection with the holiday periods. Introduction is planned with the unit manager.

We have a need for summer employees during the period June-August. We also need substitutes at other times of the year; if you are interested, you are welcome to contact the respective manager.
