As an Intensive Care Nurse with Operationskonsulterna, you will be working on an intensive care unit in Gällivare. You need to be confident in your professional role and have experience with routine tasks as a nurse within intensive care, cardiac intensive care, and post-op.

Working hours: day/evening/night/weekend
Period: weeks 23-34

About you:
The role of a specialist nurse in surgery is qualified, and we therefore require you to have at least 5 years of experience within your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, which aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We would like you to have experience from several different surgical departments. You should be interested in competence development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us working with Operationskonsulterna have an average of approximately 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competency requirements in the staffing industry. This means that as an Operationskonsult, you are often among those at the workplace with the longest experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job duties.
