Welcome to an exciting manufacturing company in Upplands Väsby, where the majority of production takes place in-house and a significant portion of the business is conducted via export.

We are now looking for two experienced NC/CNC operators for our sheet metal processing, with a focus on punching and press braking.

Responsibilities

As an NC/CNC operator, you will work with punching and press braking in our production. The role involves both practical machine operation and responsibility for quality and workflow.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Setup, adjustment, and operation of punching and press brake machines
• Following daily production routines and workflows
• Ensuring that manufactured parts meet tolerance and quality requirements according to ISO standards
• Working in business systems linked to production
• Performing basic maintenance of machines and tools
• Contributing to improvements in production

You are also responsible for:

• Following safety regulations and protective instructions
• Using correct protective equipment
• Stopping production in case of deviations and reporting to the nearest manager
• Ensuring that defective items are handled according to routine

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who are an experienced operator with good technical understanding and a meticulous work approach.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working with NC or CNC machines
• Experience from sheet metal processing (punching and/or press braking is highly meritorious)
• Good skills in reading drawings
• Basic education in NC/CNC or equivalent experience
• Good computer skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Forklift license
• Experience with business systems in production
• Experience with automated production lines
