CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues to join our team in Bromma.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Enjoys physical work.
• Is comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a valid license (bicycle, moped, car).

Having a B-license (car) or a moped license is an advantage. Experience in similar roles is also a plus, but your background is not the most important factor for us. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a typical workday look like?

The service operates on weekdays, excluding holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00 and 16:30.

• The day begins with preparations, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages.
• Next, the delivery takes place in your assigned area. We primarily use electric bikes, but depending on your route, you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle.
• Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office to handle administration and prepare for the next day's work.

Employment Type

This is a hourly position where each shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and durations depending on the day and business needs. We prefer candidates who are available to work up to full-time hours during the day. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, your employment begins with an introduction period.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. The starting salary is 150 SEK/hour (including 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK/hour excluding vacation pay.
