Welcome to a well-functioning health center!

Salem Health Center, with approximately 13,800 registered patients, is a well-functioning and stable operation known for its excellent working atmosphere. Our operations take place in fine premises located in a scenic and quiet area with villas, row houses, and a smaller number of multi-family homes. Since Salem is a geographically small municipality, we are close to our patients and have short decision-making paths.

We are a pleasant workplace where we care for each other and work towards common goals. Here, we prioritize both a good work environment and high-quality care.

The unit has an independent and experienced nursing group that runs its own clinics for diabetes, hypertension, asthma/COPD, and dementia. We also have a highly competent psychosocial team consisting of two counselors and a rehabilitation coordinator.

Primary care rehabilitation is also provided at the health center, involving physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a chiropractor, and dietitians.

Our mandate also includes Child Health Care (BVC) and a Family Center in collaboration with the municipality. A midwife clinic is located in the same building.

You can easily reach us from southern Stockholm and Södertälje, with close proximity to both the E4 highway and commuter trains.

As an employee, you are offered benefits such as free healthcare, occupational pension, and insurance.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, the position includes standard duties at the nurse's clinic. The work involves great freedom under responsibility, where you can book clinic appointments yourself in consultation with colleagues and the rest of the team.

The work also includes chatting and TeleQ (telephone triage). There is an opportunity for remote work one day every other week or as agreed with your direct manager.

Qualifications

  • Licensed nurse with at least two years of experience
  • Previous experience working as a nurse and confidence in your professional role
  • Experience with the medical record system TakeCare is an advantage.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and solution-oriented. You are flexible, have good prioritization skills, and thrive in a team environment. Personal suitability is given great importance.

Employment Type

Permanent full-time position (100%). Probationary period may apply.

Other Information

We review applications continuously and may invite for interviews before the application deadline.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be reserved for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
