Our client Hydria Water is now looking for a service and installation technician for their team. Here you will work practically with the installation, service, and maintenance of technical equipment within water purification – an industry with a strong focus on sustainability.

About the role

In this role, you will work with the installation, commissioning, service, and modification of Hydria Water's machines at customer sites. The work takes place primarily in industrial environments and involves regular travel within Sweden, as well as to Norway and Denmark when needed.

You work in a team and have ongoing contact with customers in connection with assignments.

Working hours:

• Monday–Wednesday: 07:00–19:00
• Thursday: 07:00–12:30

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of machines
• Service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Modification and adaptation in existing facilities
• Work with piping systems, pumps, valves, and auxiliary equipment
• Reading drawings and technical documentation
• Material ordering and basic planning
• Customer contact in connection with assignments

We are looking for someone who

• Has technical education at least at the upper secondary level (e.g., industry, electrical, or mechanics) or equivalent experience
• Has experience with mechanical work in an industrial environment
• Is proficient with tools
• Can read and work from drawings

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience with installation of pumps, valves, or similar equipment
• Experience with piping is an advantage
• Thrives in a traveling role

Other information

Hydria Water develops and delivers machines to wastewater treatment plants and process facilities in Sweden and internationally. They are now looking for two new employees – one with welding skills and one focused on piping and installation.

You do not need to be a resident of Borås.
