We are now looking for more "Polar Bears" who want to work part-time as retail sales assistants in one of our store pools for Lindex or MQ. As a "Polar Bear", you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our client's retail chains. You are assigned to a specific chain and move between the chain's different stores as needed. You book yourself quickly and easily via our app for the shifts that suit you and your schedule. We collaborate with MQ and Lindex in Norrtälje, but also have partnerships with, for example, Hemtex and Lagerhaus in the Stockholm area.

NOTE! During the stores' holiday period, we cannot hire and train new staff, so it may take some time before you hear from us, and employment may only become available at the end of or after the summer.

As a sales assistant, you are involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, warehousing, and picking. As a sales assistant, you always provide a great customer experience and exceed customer expectations.

You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You show availability and openness and are available to meet the specific needs of various customers. You take personal responsibility and work in a team with your colleagues in the store to achieve your set goals.

Experience/Qualifications:

• It is a requirement that you have another main occupation for at least the next year. This can be studies of at least 50%, a part-time job of at least 50% (on-call or hourly employment does not count), or alternatively being a self-employed entrepreneur with an active F-tax.
• You have completed high school and are at least 18 years old.
• You have previous experience working as a retail sales assistant with personal sales in retail.
• You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week; in addition, there are opportunities for weekend and evening work.
• You can work irregular hours and with short notice.
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have good physical fitness and can perform all store tasks without hindrance.
