At Retail Staffing, we are currently looking for shop assistants who can primarily work part-time as needed at Lindex and/or Hemtex in Nynäshamn, but also in various stores in the Stockholm area through our retail pool. You choose when you want to work by booking shifts via our user-friendly app. This gives you great flexibility to adapt the job to your schedule. Duties include personal sales on the floor, assisting in the fitting rooms, cash register work, stock management, and a high level of customer service. You are an important part of the team and ensure that every customer has a positive experience in the store. Important information: To be eligible for this position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or work part-time at least 50%, or be a self-employed entrepreneur with active F-tax. This is a requirement according to our collective agreement, and we will not be able to proceed with your application if you do not meet any of these requirements. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a main occupation for at least the next year
• Has previous experience in personal sales within retail
• Can work at least two shifts on weekdays during the day per week, with the possibility of working evenings and weekends
• Is flexible and can step in with short notice
• Thrives working quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a good team spirit
• Appreciates variety and sees it as educational to work in different stores.
• Has good language skills in Swedish and English
• Has completed upper secondary education
