We at Retail Staffing are now looking for retail sales assistants who can work extra as needed at MQ, Lindex, or Hemtex in Södertälje. It is an advantage if you are also available to work in other stores in the Stockholm area, as this will give you more job opportunities.

NOTE! During the stores' holiday period, we cannot hire and train new staff. Therefore, it may take some time before you hear from us, and employment may not become available until the end of or after the summer.

Important Information:

To be considered for this position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or work part-time at least 50%, or be a self-employed entrepreneur with active F-tax. This is a requirement according to our collective agreement.

About the role:

As an employee of Retail Staffing, you will work on assignment for MQ, Lindex, or Hemtex, moving between different stores within the chain as needed. You choose when you want to work by booking shifts via our convenient app, which gives you great flexibility to adapt the job to your schedule. Duties include personal sales on the floor, assisting in fitting rooms, cash register work, warehouse tasks, and a high level of customer service. You are an important part of the team and ensure that every customer has a positive experience in the store.

We are looking for you who:

• Have another main occupation for at least the next year
• Have previous experience in retail sales
• Can work at least two shifts on weekdays during the day each week, with the possibility of also working evenings and weekends
• Are flexible and can step in with short notice
• Enjoy working quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Collaborate well with colleagues and contribute to a good team spirit
• Appreciate variety and see it as educational to work in different stores.
• Have good language skills in Swedish and English
• Have completed upper secondary education
