Team Leader Wanted at MNN Recycling in Täby

MNN Recycling is growing and is now looking for a Team Leader to join our team in Täby.

We work with recycling, moving services, and estate clearance (deceased estates). We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role that combines practical work with leadership. At MNN Recycling, we value responsibility, service, and job satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the daily work for our employees
• Distribute tasks and ensure that assignments are carried out efficiently
• Be the main contact for customers during ongoing assignments
• Clearance of deceased estates
• Moving and transport assignments
• Sorting and handling of recyclable materials
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Driving light trucks in daily operations
• Ensure that company routines and quality requirements are followed

Qualifications

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good physical fitness
• Experience in team leadership or other supervisory roles
• High work ethic and sense of responsibility

Merits

• Experience from the moving, transport, recycling, or logistics industry
• Previous experience with estate clearance or similar practical work
• Experience in personnel management and planning
• Experience driving trucks or larger transport vehicles
