The Food Services Unit plans, prepares, delivers, and serves meals to schools, preschools, as well as meal boxes for home care services. We prepare approximately 4,500 portions daily. Our staff is distributed across ten kitchens: one central preparation kitchen with delivery, six preparation kitchens, and three receiving kitchens. We are now looking for an engaged chef who wants to help develop our menus, create sustainable and nutritious meals, and inspire our diners every day.

Job Description:

As a chef, you will prepare delicious, nutritious, and individually tailored meals. In your role, you view the operations holistically and dedicate time to monitoring trends, updates, and new insights within both public and private sector food services.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that all guests, including those with allergies and special dietary needs, receive the food they need, while exceeding their expectations. You care about the environment and enjoy working with organic products. You greet our guests, relatives, and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service.

We are looking for you with:

• A three-year restaurant and large-scale kitchen education at the upper secondary level, or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as a chef.
• Strong teamwork skills.

As a person, you are sensitive, flexible, and team-oriented, striving to provide the best service and quality to our guests.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in restaurant kitchens and the public sector.
