Do you want to work with electricity and assembly in a role where precision and quality make a difference?
WeStaff Sweden is now looking for operators and electricians for a technical industrial workshop. Here you get the opportunity to work with electrical systems and digital control for machines, where quality, precision, and safety are crucial.
This is a role for you who thrive with electronic components, functional tests, and precision. You will assemble electrical cabinets and equipment for various machines, perform tests, and create documentation to ensure that the products function according to specification.
Examples of tasks
- Assemble electrical equipment according to current production documentation (work cards and electrical drawings).
- Label components with ID tags and perform functional tests of digital control.
- Perform insulation tests and double-check electrical equipment.
- Transport fully assembled products to the next production step.
- Report completed orders in the business system.
- Report deviations that have affected working time, e.g., material shortage, rework, or waiting time, so that correct time reporting can be followed.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are precise, orderly, and positive, with a genuine interest in electronics and mechanics. You thrive in a practical workshop environment and understand how to work in a team.
You have a basic education and at least three years of work experience, a 3-year upper secondary school education, or equivalent vocational training, and can read and understand electrical drawings and schematics. You also have general computer skills and are proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing, enabling you to document and report work correctly.
We would like you to be open-minded, helpful, and willing to learn new tasks, and that you are looking for a long-term workplace where you can develop in the role.
