The company is one of Sweden's largest in manufacturing and distribution, encompassing advanced production of pharmaceuticals in various forms, such as tablets, capsules, inhalers, freeze-dried products, sprays, and liquid solutions.

Your Role

As a Production Operator, you are a vital part of the operation, ensuring quality assurance and contributing to the end customer's confidence in the product.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Monitoring production and processes
• Handling machinery and equipment
• Performing basic maintenance tasks
• Documenting ongoing work steps
• Preparing, executing, and concluding processes (including cleaning)
• Conducting follow-ups and problem-solving using Lean tools

The work is standardized and carried out according to written instructions (SOP) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Continuous improvement is a natural part of the role.

The operation runs 24/7, which involves shift work.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent work experience
• At least two years of work experience, preferably in an industrial or production environment
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken, written, and reading comprehension
  • (A documentation test will be conducted during the interview)
• Good computer skills and experience with MS Office
• Ability to work shifts

Merits:

• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working in an aseptic environment
• Knowledge of GMP and Lean
• Experience with business systems, such as SAP
• Technical education, for example from Mälardalen Technical High School
