We are now looking for a B2B Appointment Setter / Sales Support for a client that helps companies grow through sales, market processing, and customer dialogues. The role suits you if you are communicative, curious, and enjoy making contact with people.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work on establishing contact with decision-makers in the Swedish market. Your primary tool will be the telephone, where you will build relationships, identify needs, and create business opportunities through professional and relevant dialogues.

The work involves contacting both new and existing contacts, booking meetings, and documenting dialogues and follow-ups. The focus is on quality and long-term relationships!

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, driven, and enjoys making contact with new people.
• Feels comfortable using the telephone as your primary work tool.
• Has an interest in sales, business, and customer relations.
• Is responsible, self-motivated, and structured in your work.
• Has 1-2 years left of studies.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, customer service, or other roles involving customer contact is a plus.
