Villa Kristineberg in Vallentuna is currently looking for a Nursing Assistant for night shifts at approximately 70% hours. We offer training and several benefits.

About Villa Kristineberg

The facility has 60 apartments distributed over three floors for elderly residents with a focus on dementia and somatic care. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant spaces for socializing and meals.

• We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to add extra value to the lives of our residents.

• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

• We work with animals in care here and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret their needs. At the same time, you learn a great deal about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
