About the position

The Medical Unit of Neurology within Theme Heart, Vascular and Neurology has the vision of being a leading center for neurological care with outstanding research, education, and innovation. The operation consists of approximately 650 employees who work in multidisciplinary teams regarding all neurological diagnoses. We collaborate closely with patient representatives who actively contribute to the development of care.

Our organization is characterized by extensive clinical research, development, and high-quality teaching. Collaboration with other healthcare providers, both nationally and internationally, is an important part of the operation as we often treat patients from other regions and countries.

We are now looking for an experienced nurse for our EP-team in Solna. At the clinic, we receive patients with neurological diseases such as epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases, stroke, and neuroinflammatory diseases.

The work is mainly located in outpatient care, but some service in inpatient care with two weekend days per month may occur.

As a nurse with us, you work closely with colleagues on medical treatments, follow-ups, as well as telephone and video consultations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Swedish nursing license.
• A few years of experience working at an emergency hospital.

Merits:

• Further education in neurology.
• Experience working within neurology.
