Become a key player in an expanding operations organization in Stockholm, where you support the team leader in optimizing the management of 44 rental properties during an intense and exciting period.

About the role

As a team leader, you relieve the existing team leader by coordinating daily work within maintenance and operations. You work operationally to ensure high quality in delivery and act as a supportive link in the organization without having formal personnel responsibility.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on operationally leading and structuring daily work to relieve the organization during an intensive start-up phase.

• Lead and distribute daily work within the operations organization.
• Support the team leader in operational planning and follow-up.
• Ensure efficient maintenance of approximately 44 rental properties.
• Coordinate efforts between different professional categories in the field.
• Follow up that completed work meets the set quality standards.
• Handle daily operational challenges within the property portfolio.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3–5 years of experience in team leadership/management within operations, preferably property operations.
• Has the ability to lead and distribute work operationally.
• Has fluent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is available to start the assignment with short notice.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in managing rental properties in the Stockholm area.
